Personally, I prefer the shot straight out of the camera to the ones that have been processed. 
Do you shoot raw or jpg. :9 The second one looks alittle over processed and a little yellow 
So the B&W is my favorite 
I worked with it a bit. Slightly defogged and added some saturation and vignette
