Anybody else addicted to this show??

I watched 5 seasons this summer on DVD to get caught up for this season.

The first part of the 4 hour premier was last night, and it was insane! I'm counting down the hours till tonight

Unfortunately I'm also addicted.

i used to be addicted but i haven't seen it in a really long time. i was too busy.

I am too! In the mornings on A&E from 8 to 9am on the east coast they run re-runs. In the event you need a daily fix!

My husband watched for the first time lastnight and is now hooked. It only took the first hour for him to join the addiction.

Mark and I are addicts as well. We just finished watching Season 5 on DVD two weeks ago. It's crazy how a TV show can hook you like that. Superb writing. We have the same problem with Lost.

So addicted! Even skipped a consulation for the premier last night! (okay...just kidding...but the addiction part is true) lol

I watched it last night, pretty good stuff. I have to admit though.. the writing of the dialogue and the acting in that show are pretty bad. So cliche. But.. nonetheless.. I'm still addicted.

How brutal was last night? Jack's scars and his takedown of that dude after he "flatlined" ...

Erin, Lost is the other show I really like ... but I've gotten frustrated with it because they never reveal anything, just one tease after another new question!

I kinda agree with you about the dialogue at times, Cameron. It's mostly good, and the acting varies. But hey, still addicting, like you said

The scene that made me jump was when the guy that Jack saved rammed a knife up the informants knee. I mean I've seen knees get shot...kicked...what have you...but a knife right up under the kneecap?! Ouch!

My All time favorite TV show... Can't wait for tonight episode ... !!!

I like 24 but Hero's will be watched on Mondays. I will Tivo 24 and watch it all later.
I sure hope that real CTU agents aren't like 24! Everyone at CTU (especially their "SWAT" guys) are bumbling idiots. 5 untrained terrorists with 9mm's can take out 30 CTU agents with MP5's. And what is up with nobody but Jack ever making a good call? And how manytimes must Jack be right when everyone else is wrong before they will take his word for someting! Still, it's a fun show.

Addicted 4 life. Today's episode was amazing!

My wife and I watchd it for the first time last night and were already hooked. We just finished up tonights episode. Ever since we got our DVR it has made watching TV SO much easier. Lost is another show were hooked on along with Jericho.

Kevin/Fletcher (which one ) I'm with ya man, the knife-under-kneecap made me squirm!

Colin, Heroes is one of my fav's, too. I'm excited for it to come back. And yeah, every time people don't listen to Jack - something goes wrong. You'd think they'd learn ...

I have DVR too and I totally end up watching too much tv since I just record everything. Lost, Heroes, 24, Man vs. Wild, CSI, football, etc etc...

OK, how the heck did Fayed (sp?) escape the blast? He says to set it off, less than a minute goes by, bomb goes off and he is still alive? If it was that small of a bomb then how was it supposed to kill hundreds of thousands?

I've never watched a full episode before this season. I've been reeled in by a few friends. It's pretty exciting.

Good point about the cell phone batteries. Do they every eat or use the bathroom?

Just as an FYI... season one is on sale at Target! Just in case anyone needs to fill up their collection.

you all stink..I almost started reading this but saw some details that give it away...I had a wedding on Sunday so I had my mom tape both days and is mailing them to me....I should have it by friday! We dont have cable so tvio is not an option....and the VCR....well we have never used it so I cold not get it to work right...

anyway I started half way through season 5...then rented the first 4...how it is good..I still want to rent the first half of season 5 to see how that started...


oh and why cant fox have them online after it airs like heros and lost...that is how I usually see those...

ok, is there ANY way for me to get caught up on this seasons episodes? I'm dying here, and don't want to have to wait till the full season comes out like i had to do with season 5!

Hahaha, oh man.

My fiance and I are now on the second season...We had to wait three TORTUROUS days for the first two discs of the second season to be back in stock because somebody rented them, so when they came back YESTERDAY, we rented all six discs and they're due back Monday. We've got a lot of watching to do! We're half way through episode 2 of the second disc this very moment!!

(CTU was just blown up.)

The show is freakin' AMAZING. It's like an incredible movie that never ends. I love it!

Jen, maybe see if you can download anything from bit torrent? I can't vouch for the safety or legality of that, but it's just a though
