I read it and I can't really recomend it. The sections of the book written by by Rhonda are a waste of time and I found some of them offensive. If you go to Amazon.com and read the reviews it will give you an idea of whether you want to read it or not.
IMHO a much better book is "Life's Missing Instruction Manual" by Joe Vitale.

I actually have not read the book.
But I have seen the movie. It was great!
But I've been studing the mechanics of physics for some time.
If you would like to see the actually movie you can go to www.thesecret.tv
Or If your google The secret then it actually has a 20 minute segment on utube I think.
Much love and sucess

Davina, have you seen the movie? I can let you borrow it if you like. It's pretty eye opening and I enjoyed it very much. My husband and I have already applied it to our lives. He is slowly trying to cure his diabetes. Hmmm we'll see how that goes

Davina,
They just talked about the movie on Oprah, about 3 days ago. I've seen the movie and I thought it was great. Don't know about the book "The Secret". However the movie reminded me of a lot of other motivational type books, mushed into one movie. Books like The Aladin Factor by Jack Canfield or The attractor Factor by Joe Vitale or How to Be Wildly Wealthy Fast by Sandy Forester. The principle they focus on is that your thoughts drive your actions and that creates your world. Of course Oprah said it better. LOL.

Davina,
Holy Smokes... weird. I just got the book and dvd 1 month ago, no kidding, and all the sudden, POW everyone knows about it, which is WONDERFUL! My mom actually has the original book that Rhonda speaks about changing her life "Financial Sucess" by Wallace C. Wattles (1910), she got it 20 years ago. I just found a copy at borders and I am reading it right now... all I can say is WOW. I am trying to change my focus and thoughts to make things work for me and I found that it's quite the challange... I am asking for more FAITH. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend this book!
