I had a family session booked last evening, it is the middle of summer and the sun was hot, no clouds. So I thought there was no better time to try a new technique I have been putting some thought into the last few days (remember, I'm new to this, so it's "new" for me )












I took some ordainaryly exposed images for them also - you can see them on the blog, but these were a bit af a departure for me from the 'expose it 100% correctly or else' mentality.

Oh and although I have my own, shooting other peoples kids is really difficult - kudos to those who do it regularly!!

I like 5. Adorable expression. I like the exposure. Neat.
