Wow is all I have to say! Thanks DJ! This is one of my favorite effects now. Sorry.. I just wanted to share.
Oh just a quick story with this photo. We were actually running late to arrive at the church and just before she stepped out of the car I grabbed this shot with my long lens. This was the last picture of her before she walked down the aisle. We arrived about 15 mins late for her wedding.

I was just about to say she looks stressed in the image and then re-read your post. I really do like the conversion though. Nice work. If only she was smiling more...

Hah, yea, she
definitely looks a little stressed, but that's okay! It's a very nice photo. I can't wait to start using/learning ShowIt! I hope I'll be able to buy all of the ShowIt products by the end of February. It seems so awesome!

Stressed, nervous, or emotional... It's a great moment you captured!

Thank you! These are the exact words I would have used. I would say that she was all of that and it shows in her eyes.

Love the coversion! I believe I saw a section in Scott Kelby's "Photoshop CS2 book for Digital Photographers" about how to make a mouth into a smile. If I find it, I will let you know!

Okay, try this - very quick job, so it isn't perfect.
To do this, open the photo in CS2. Under Filter menu, choose Liquify. When the dialog box appears, choose the Zoom tool at the bottom of the box and zoom into the photo as much as you need. Then choose the Warp tool (it's the top tool in the toolbox).
Press the Left and Right Bracket keys [ and ] on your keyboard to adjust the brush size until it's about the size of the person's cheek or smaller. (you'll want to play around with the size to get what you want. I used two different smiles for this one). Place the brush near the corner of the mouth, click and "tug" slightly up, creating a smile. Repeat the "tug" on the other side of the mouth as appropriate. When completed, click "OK" to go back to the photo in CS2 and save your image.
Be careful not to get too carried away or else it won't look real.
