I'm pretty sure that once you've paid for it, you have a download link to click on which will allow you to install it from there.

I tried to buy ShowitWeb 2.0 before Christmas - and it didn't work for two or three weeks because the showitfast.com server was down and dj's getit-site also ... unfortunately.

I have gotten my fair share of use out of it, and I would say that it has been worth the bucks.
