For some reason today I had to enter my registration info again into Showit Web. When I entered it again, it says that it is invalid. What's happened?

I have tried restarting the program. On the 2nd time, everything worked fine. The funny thing is is that I didn't have to enter the registration info again. It seemed to have remembered it. Seems to be working fine now.
