I also think #1 is the most impactful. I think it could be even moreso if you would make the logo pic smaller or even remove it and just have your business name (in the same arrangement, with the same font and colors, but no background image). That way the eye will be drawn straight to your very nice image of the couple. I'd also edit the copy just a bit:
Why settle for ordinary
When you can have extraordinary?
or
Why settle for ordinary,
When you can have extraordinary?
And maybe put "extraordinary" in bold, or italics, or something. Editing the copy isn't really necessary, it's just me being nitpicky over proper punctuation.

I think it's a great ad - I also like the KISS frame of mind and I know I respond to that type of ad much better than really crazy, over-the-top ads. Good luck!
