I just wanted to pay this tid bit forward. i have been struggling with album design for a while now. i have in the past used kk autoalbum but was not pleased with the lack of flexibility and the tedinous of it.

thanks to robin's post on lumapix... i tried it out and love it. i have created 3 albums today. the last one was a 40pg 10x10 and i had it finished in less than an hour. if your struggling... its a free download... try it out. if you know of something better than 40pg in an hour let me know!

here is the link to the last album. id love some feedback on the design.

I use Fotofusion myself. I would be lost without it to be honest. I have the full studio version and create all my 12x12 - 11x14 albums with the software. I've been just floored by the quailty of the renderings this program produces. What's really nice is you can save your designs as templates!

Just wanted to add that I too love LumaPix. I got it while at a David Ziser seminar and got a great deal too. You can get the same deal on his website here. When you buy through him you get all his tutorials and additional templates for album layouts AND his marketing materials. He is a fantastic marketer and I learned so much from him.

It is worth looking into if you are wanting more from your album design work flow. If you like it you can upgrade to the Studio version which lets you design whole albums at a time. Otherwise you are restricted to one page or (double page spread) at a time.

It's great for digital scrapbooking too!
