So they asked! The shot is one that they specifically requested and I took from several angles. There are at least a few that are good angles not unflattering, but they want this one.
They are asking that I try to smooth their butts and I have no clue how to do that. Any suggestions? Here is a copy of the photo that they want.

Smoothing in photos is a simple matter of removing the shadows and highlights. There are a bunch of ways to do that; I usually paint them out with a low-opacity gray brush set to "lighten" or "darken" on a new layer.
Man, with those pantylines, I can see why they asked.

That is a really cool picture!
You could try some healing brush as well.

I'm going to get in trouble for saying this, but I find that my prayers are always answered if I squeeze really hard too. Squeeze HANDS.... what did you think I meant?
and for the serious answer, ditto on above. Paint brush at lighten/darken 35%. Press 'alt' to sample a color in the image and brush away!

a time machine and a treadmill

I think they want it ironed, the clone tool, small size and iron away. If you really want to score points you can use the liquify filter and slim them down a bit.

I hope you are charging for your PP time

I don't understand why people wear snug fitting, light colored pants and then complain because they are unflattering. Isn't this universally known by now? Great shot btw.

*trying hard to get the thong comment out of my mind*-- thanks betsy!
