OK, while I greatly appreciate honesty and communication, I also like when people work hard to actually have answers. Someone told me this morning that my website is down, and when I emailed my company they basically said "We have no clue what's going on or how long it's going to be before we can get you back online. Sorry." UGH. Seriously?
I understand that things happen, but I am still frustrated. I think I may need to upgrade to a better (probably more expensive) server really soon. I guess you get what you pay for!
