i just saw this, but i am in for no sweets starting right now.
it's on!

How about no sweets... no soda... no fried food? Thats my real challenge to myself for this month!

I took one cheat on my son's birthday... little piece of cake... but we had previously determined that one cheat day was fair!

I am actually starting to be over the taste of coke in general! Never thought I would see the day where that would happen!

Body For Life

Real info to get started with

Have any of you heard of Body for Life?? I LOVE it!! IT's really easy - especially if you get the recipe book called Eating for Life. It's real food that's healthy. Like tonight we had chicken enchiladas. A couple of switches (like using low fat cheese and fat free sour cream) and you can make anything yummy and healthy. Sometimes. smile.gif You are supposed to eat like 6 times a day, but I can only fit in about 4 or 5 meals. It feels so good after about a week of doing it. I got super skinny after baby # number two, but now I'm on baby #4 and I can't wait till it comes out so I can start lifting really heavy again! You guys can do it!!! Just think - you'll all be smokin hot by this summer and you can all buy new clothes! I'll probably still be wearing elastic pants. hahahha!!!

oh and I forgot to say why I started this post - Amber's cheat day reminded me. You are supposed to have a free day every week. You can eat whatever you've been craving and not feel bad about it. That was it's easier to eat super healthy the rest of the time.

THat is my worst habit, I love soda. I started giving that up about 3 weeks ago. How long did it take til you were over the cravings Amber?
