Frikking irritating man.

Every since updating to LR 2...it is automatically 5 staring every photo when it's imported. I didn't realize at first, so I went through and culled 1000 images and picked my favorites, then realized they we're all 5 frikking stars! I cannot find the option to turn that off. I mean...I can select all and press 0 to reset it but that's an extra step I don't want to take if I don't have too.

Anybody know how to turn that option off?

You probably have an import preset turned on that is applying the 5 star rating.... I'll try and look into this and get back to you by monday, but hopefully your question will be answered by then. I had it happen a while back too, but not with LR2. Can't remember the exact fix but it's easy.

Thanks Trevor. I think your right. I applied a default preset to imported photos "not a develop preset," and it happened right after. I'm going to poke around this evening and see what I can find.
