I was wondering if you anybody uses the Canon lens the comes with most kits, the EF18-55mm f/3.5-5.6. For example, do you use during weddings, portrait shoots, etc... Let me know and please post some examples so I would be able to see the potential of this lens. Thank you.

It's a decent enough lens outdoors. Indoors, you may find yourself wanting a much faster lens. I know that I did, and purchased the 17-35L lens.
