In Windows, go to the file in Explorer, right click, choose Properties and uncheck the lock box. In Mac, do the same except, find it in the Finder, right ciick and choose 'file info', uncheck the lock box. Done :-)

Hi Julz,

Were you able to find it yet?
If you open a finder window and then click on the specific image that you want, then you can.......press apple key and I at the same time to get info or hit control and click so that the drop down menu comes up and hit "get info" (you can also do this through Bridge) . Under General heading there is a part that says Locked. If you click that I think you should be good! (If it is clicked already I mean!)

Hi Julz,

the easiest way to unlock a photograph bypassing bridge or whatever managing program you use, is hold in ctrl+press the click button and then scroll down to get info. itll tell you all the information about your file, and then half way down or so youll see a rounded button saying locked to the left of it. press it, to unlock the file or to unlock it.
then you wont have any problems either deleting it, moving it or copying it!

tell me if you can find it now?
