I'm curious - Is anyone else having current problems with Graphistudio billing and getting your books out to you? It seems like they are getting the books completed but just not shipped out. Is it just me who this is happening to? I'm going on +16 weeks processing time for one book. I've had two recent orders that they say have been completed. Yet, it's taken Graphi over a month after the books billed and shipped after they are completed in production. They also claimed on one order my credit card has been denied - when in fact it hasn't - I checked with the bank. The graphic ticker in my trade area just sits there. Of course the US office and reps are useless as they tell you just to contact Italy - and Italy takes 5 days to give you a half of an answer - and never fully answers questions. This is like my 8th major problem with this company. I really didn't want to order with them again but the client wanted their mini books. UGH.

Don't forget- they are just coming off a holiday month. I don't think anything gets done in August- I also had a book sit there for two months because it fell during the holidays.
Also, I have had my CC denied because the CC company is wary of overseas charges and they think it is a scammer trying to bill multiple hundreds of dollars.
I don't mean to make excuses- I think the culture and language barrier make up most of the problems I have had so far. I've been lucky with not getting any bad products so far.

Yeah Thanks! I did take the summer holiday into account, but now as we are going into mid-October I thought that may be resolved by now.

Well, since I used to complain in the past about Graphi, to be fair, I have to say that my recent experiences have been excellent. My problems with Graphi had a lot to do with the complete lack of response from their Rep when I was living in Arizona. Now that I'm here in the East, my new Rep, Lisa, has been fantastic ... very responsive, extremely helpful, and accommodating to my needs and concerns.
However, I also had major problems with the books I ordered back then, and I'm waiting to see if those problems have been resolved with the new books I have in production. We'll see!

NO issues lately. I even goofed an order up (put down the code for a brown leather cover instead of a black leather cover)...sent it back and they re-bound it for me and it was back in my hands 12 days later. Only cost me $105. (Could have been a lot worse since it was a BIG album and it was MY mistake.)

But is your rep really of any help? Can you please tell me what they do for you? I'd like to know what I can get them to actually do. I have yet for any of them to help me out at all except to give me an e-mail address in Italy and tell me to contact them there. The US office is actually a completely different company than Italy. They have nothing to do with production at all - just marketing and sales. I can't say the US reps have every helped me an ounce - ever. I feel just stuck right now - again.

It really depends a lot on your rep. While it is true that all production issues are handled through Italy, we've had our rep get involved for us to help sort it out when needed.
We've had some ups and downs with them, but our rep and Italy really came through to make things right.
Also - are you submitting a designed album for them to print and bind or are you having them design the album as well. that makes a big difference. We design ours, and get them back usually in a matter of 6-8 weeks after we upload them. If you aren't designing yours, I'd really recommend that you start finding a way to do it yourself or outsource it. I've never really been sold with their design look.
After an issue with an album a couple months ago that was partly my fault, the albums we've received since then have looked amazing, so we're still sold on them.
If you're not getting the results you want, you may have to climb the ladder a little bit to speak with a supervisor or someone who can help you. Also - they are just now entering the holiday season for them with albums we all want back for Christmas. October and November have always been crazy months with them.
