I don't have any pictures or time today to take some, sorry. My description of the two cameras is an honest assessment.
Whoops, the 580 EXII is sold too. Forgot to omit that.
Please email me at photo-98@sbcglobal.net with any more questions or desires to purchase. I'll get the message much more quickly. Thanks!

So when you say, scratches on the LCD cover...does that mean you put a cover on the LCD and it is scratched or is the LCD screen scratched?

Some 5D pictures on request:

You can see the scratches on the lower left corner of the LCD cover.

There's also some scratches on this edge of the camera.

Just shot this past weekend's wedding with your old 5D- it was awesome!
Also forwarded this 'sale' to an interested party. I can't believe no one has snapped this up yet!

In case anyone is wondering, Canon can replace that scratched LCD cover pretty cheap. Or you can too. It is only attached with double sided tape on the back and the replacement piece is like $12.
Why such a rush to sell the 5Ds? 1100 is a pretty sweet deal.

No rush. Just need to pay off the credit card that I bought some of my Nikon stuff with. Didn't seem like anyone was interested, so hence the price drop.

I was just wondering....I currently have a 30D and I'm saving to buy a 16-35 wide angle lens. I was told that if I have a full frame like a 5D that I could use a 28mm and get the same wide angle. Is that true?

On the 30/40/50D, with a 1.6 crop factor, that 16 - 35mm feels/acts/looks like a 25.5 - 56mm lens; a 28mm is = to a 44.8mm. A 16-35 on the 30/40/50D is a nice combo, (call it a 24-55mm lens)
And if you ever go full frame, you have a great wide angle zoom...

No problem, I have used the 16-35, and own the 17-40.
I have a 5D and a 1DmkIII, so I only have to use a 1.3 crop factor.

Any idea on how this compares to the new 50D, should I really be too concerned about full frame?
I have a 12-24 tokina, 50 1.8, 85 1.8, 70-200 f/4, whats your opinion on a better second/main body? I have a 30D now, looking for a second body to add.
