I have been doing boudoir sessions for several years now with a great word-of-mouth only stream of clients. I have never had them sign anything, and this just seems reckless. Does anyone have a portrait contract (or more specifically a boudoir portrait contract/agreement) that they wouldn't mind sharing? I have been all over the internet and there is nothing that mentions anything specific to something of this nature.

Anywho, I have a portrait contract I can share with you, its not boudoir but it shouldnt be too difficult to alter it to fit your needs. Ill email it to you in a sec!

my boudoir contract is the same as my portraits/family session contract - i allow them though to check a box for privacy - meaning i wont publish any pics.
