Very typical. I had a standard bad experience with them, I am glad I chose to host it on my own server.. I was able to self publish.

LOL! Let me put it this way: I went live 2 weeks ago....still waiting to see it appear on the internet....don't wait for superb customer service

I am basically out of disc space with them and they are asking for an additional $100 to add on space.
