unless you print them yourself then youll most likely have to go to a custom printer in your local area or a corporate! i worked for a printing firm for a few months for work experience and i only saw one photographer/designer use square business cards and for a reason. at the back he had a mini cd with his portfolio on it, so you slid it into your computer to watch a small interactive flash presentation with his portfolio on it! very cool but not sure about the cost!!!

Some places you can pay extra to have the cards trimmed....

I just used 4 color print and did 3.5x3.5 cards, they can do any custom size. They just re-vamped their website, and it was not working perfectly when I was ready to order. I would suggest calling them. They were very helpful over the phone. They will also tell you how much of a bleed they need for your custom size. As far as pricing goes, they seem to quote custom cards based on how they fit into their standard sizes. For ex. my 3.5x3.5 cards were priced as their standard 3.5x4. So I guess that a 2x2 card will be priced the same as a 2x3.5. Again, call and they can give you the custom quote over the phone. I think their prices are pretty competitive too.

Good luck!
