Um....I have a marathon portrait session planned and I have been doing it through the marvels of FB. I had everything scheduled on the events page from my group. Turns out, my group is still there- but the 2 events I had planned are gone. Then I checked all the events I was RSVP'd for with other business venture type things, and they are gone too.
Has anyone else noticed this?

They may have disappeared during the move over to "the new" facebook.... which I still find to be completely lame. I'd contact them and complain, especially if they're screwing with your business-related events. FB needs to get it together and realize that more and more business people are using their site and that they can't just go changing and deleting things without some notice.

In order to see my group's events I had to go to the group and see it there. It didn't show up in my regular events.

Holy crap! I stand corrected! my event disappeared. I just checked. WTF? I have a mini marathon shoot set up for tomorrow. I hope this doesn't throw anyone off.

I set a group up from my Amy Donovan account called, Island in the Mist Photography and set up the event in there. Have I done it wrong?

I did the same as you...
they're both still there Amy - http://www.new.facebook.com/event.php?eid=31631615107 and http://www.new.facebook.com/event.php?eid=27473415846, I can see and access both.

I had Maggie check and it was one of the people who booked that pointed it out! Now its back....WTF?
it happened with a baby shower i was invited to a few months ago... totally disappeared and couldn't find it again
The same thing happened to me about an hour ago and then they all reappeared again. Weird.
Maybe one of their databases was down for a bit and they restored to a backup. It'll happen sometimes that some features are not available.
