It's amazing how technology changes things, and if you were born at the right time the advantages that you have. Take poker, a 24 year old kid can see the same amount of hands as Doyle Brunson has (he's about 75) because he was brought up in the internet era. I wonder how good Doyle would've been if he grew up in this era. Although he is one of the best now.

Now with photography, when I started (I'm not that old) I couldn't just click away...it cost way too much money. People who don't use film, think about everytime you click you camera that it would cost you about a 50 cents a shot. So when you take 500 pictures of your friend for fun, that would be 250 bucks. Of course you may only take a roll or two. Digital is so facinating, it lets you become more creative. It bugs me to hell when I talk to an old school photographer and they say, why do you take so many pictures. I always say, "cause I can."

lol..and think about how much easier it is to get better seeing your images right away instead of waiting forever. You can take more risk and be way more creative.
