We just launched our new blog website for DoodleDo, and are so excited to share a new feature called What's In The Box? It's 'sort-of-a-first' and it's going to really help you out... so scoot on over there and find out what it's all about... and, above all,

Special thanks to OSP's own, Kaitlin, for all her work on helping our vision finally come to the web!
Robert Wescott
Cool video, congrats and much success!

Congratulations! It looks great.
Jules
I was dying to look inside that book! Congrats!
Bellissima
Thank you, everyone!

and Jules, our first episode goes inside the book...
we have about 7 reviews 'in the can' so far. it's one thing for someone to review albums for you, but we thought we'd take it a step further and show you the books. with a steady stream of albums arriving, you'll get to see all kinds of books.

please let us know if there is something YOU would like to see and we'll do our best to get it on "What's In THe Box?"

thanks for checking us out!

I couldn't watch the video with sound last night, cause my kids were falling asleep.

But they're gone now.

Now I am dying to see inside that album, and I think this will be a great tool for us. Thanks!

Be on the lookout then for our next What's in the Box post. Robin get's into the details. And we have quite a few episodes already recorded to show you albums from KISS Wedding Books, Zookbinders, Finao, and WHCC press-printed.

Soon to be recorded are albums such as GraphStudio and Lavie (one of my favorites).

So happy you like the feature!
Jayme-G
can't wait to see the rest!

Just finished watching the first episode. Thank you very much for putting it together! I can't wait to see the rest of the episodes!

The only thing I hate about the "What's in the Box" series is the fact that I can't see EVERYTHING NOW!
It's fantastic and I want MORE MORE MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love it, love it, love it.

One of the only reasons we broke up the first couple of episodes is that it would have been too long to combine all the info and books into one. Robin's first review of the KISS books include the Primary album, parent duplicates, and little KISSes ... too much for one viewing. smile.gif

We just posted this evening Part 2, detailing the parent duplicates. So be sure to check out the latest

Coming soon: Finao, Zookbinders, WHCC, and Leather Craftsmen.

KISS episode 3 is ready!

please let us know what else you'd like to see, too...

I could watch these all day. Intelligence in front and behind the camera. Great information. Now I need to price my albums so that I can afford an album design from wedoodledo!

Did we find out where the white gloves link is from? I used these white gloves in photo school all the time. My mom uses them at night with lotion to keep her hands young.

Love the locusts singing in the background. Now I am homesick.

Jennifer, one of us will be answering your questions by email, especially your comment about pricing the Little KISSes. smile.gif

We have a bunch of these review's recorded and will continue to post them over the next several weeks. Next up is Zookbinders. The bugs and other sounds (like the passing train) make us laugh ... it was unavoidable. But we want these to be pretty natural and unpolished.

Just a note on album pricing. We believe that, to a certain extent, if a photographer cannot afford to outsource aspects of their production, there is a good possibility they are not paying themselves adequately for these critical parts of their business. If that's the case, it is important to re-evaluate your model and pricing structure and make the necessary changes to be both more profitable and efficient with your time and resources.

And as Robin has shown often, albums can be very, very profitable if handled well.
