Question: I signed up on 12/19 (before v2 was released) and activated my subscription. I just logged in to check out the new v2 and was asked to activate my subscription again. I'm not going to get charged twice am I? And did my 30 days just start over?

Thanks!
Nathan Holritz
Not at all! Just need to confirm your subscription, and you'll be fine!

That's awesome Sarah! Let me know if you have any questions!

clap.gif Yay, Nathan--I just watched the tutorial on your blog and hope to check it out to see if this will fit me well. Are there other programs that one must have to use Photographer's Office--like Excel, etc.?

Happy New Year!

Awesome Jenna!

Carole, PO is designed to be simple, so no, you don't have to use any other programs! If you do want to import a large number of clients into PO and don't want to do so individually, then you can use Excel or a similiar spreadsheet program.

To keep things simple for me, we're just entering in our clients for this year (rather than backtracking forever) and doing so individually.

Nathan--another big question: I am thinking that this software could also be used for my painting clients! I manage them with a printed out chart of tasks too. Could that work??? blink.gif

Yeah Carole! That's one of the cool things about the program - you can use it for a variety of things!

Just create your painting project or package and the main steps with tasks attached to them, attach that package or project to your contact, and you're set!
