So besides business cards, what type of printed materials do you have and use when you work with clients? Letterhead for contracts? Postcards? 5x5 trifold brochures? What do you use, and what is it for? What's in your arsenal?

I don't have much. All of my communication with clients is through e-mail, so I haven't created any letterhead. But I do have mailing labels with my logo for when I ship discs or prints to the clients. Since so much of my business is done online, I've thought about getting a brochure designed and post a PDF on my website for clients to download.

Most of my marketing material is for seniors...actually all my marketing material is for seniors. I give out senior trifolds to seniors who book to take home with them and double sided 5x8.5 postcards as advertising to hand out.
Other than that I got some stickers printed up for my boxes and bought some black envelopes for mail outs. That's about it.

I'm having my pricelist printed on canvasy textured pearl cardstock, tied with green tulle, with a card as a tag, and I will be giving these packages to prospective clients at an upcoming bridal fair and when I meet with new clients. The final design hasn't been nailed down, but this is one of the prototypes to get an idea:

That's actually really cool! I happen to be designing my album price card 8.5x11" on some double sided card stock to go with my trifold. Kind of like a package deal for any senior that books. Mine isn't as cool looking as far as paper type and aesthetics, I need to figure something out to go with my more modern designs.

I'm going to try it out on a prospective couple that I am meeting on Friday, so we'll see how it goes! I figure it'll stand out at a bridal fair, and it's something that looks like a bit of work went into it. Besides, who doesn't like unwrapping a present?

I've seen some really cool metallic papers, and some other textures that look awesome. This place,

Right now we have business cards and more personalized Moo cards,
we also have little 5x7 flip brochures with our custom gallery collections that we give after bookings. We are also working on a little trifold to give out with general info on what to wear for portraits, info on TTD and such.
And we'll have postcards soon for our senior stuff. We're designing it all now and will probably get it all printed and finished around new year.

I don't print anything anymore. It's all digital and done over email! I do have a business card... but that's it!
