Hey Guys!!

Quick question. When you are going to introduce yourself to a venue/florist/dj/planner what do you say? Do you write a letter and follow up with a visit or do the visit first then follow up with a letter?

I do mostly portraits but I want to really give my wedding work a push. Any advice would be very appreciated.

So far, I have only tried to connect with the ones whos weddings I have photographed. I ask the bride who supplied this and that and where she got her flowers and dress. If I see any vendors at the wedding, caterer, dj, site coordinator, I'm sure to introduce myself at the time... and give them my card. Then after the wedding, I send photos out to all of the ones I know of, and write a little note. That's all I've had time to do so far... and even that is stating more of what I aim for.
