I am doing a portrait tomorrow evening of about 15 people including some children.
Does anyone have a one page model release that can be used for adults and parents?
I would prefer not to have to file 15 pages of model releases.
*I searched the forums and can not find any examples of this.

Sorry Jamie - I don't have an answer, and I assume that the portrait session happened last night. I did have one thought though: Are you a PPA member? If you are, you could call and ask them for advice on how to word that. I had to create a model release that covered two photographers and they helped me with that, so I'm sure they could answer your question.
