one of the leather craftsmen albums i ordered arrived today .. complete with two pages that are screwed up. i'm getting ready to call them to find out what to do but in the meantime, i was hoping someone on here might know what the process is for having them fix things. also if you guys had any issues dealing with customer service.

i've never had a problem with them before so this is all new to me! i am so bummed all of this is happening right now. this is the 2nd issue we've had with this particular album. they caught the first one (bent image) and took care of it before they put everything together. it feels like it's been years since i sent the order in .. i just want it to be done and looking nice! sad.gif

oh and just to clarify, this post definitely isn't supposed to be about bashing leather craftsmen. i still love them. smile.gif just curious to see what the mistake fixing process is! smile.gif

This sounds like an increasingly common problem... hope you can get it worked out. I believe the LC guy is on here but the best thing to do would be to call them

Good luck.

Hi Nicole,

I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that LC has caused you. If you can email me (cis@leathercraftsmen.com) and let me know what the problem is, I would be more then happy to personally take care of it for you. Also, if you already called in to the NY office, can you please let me know who you spoke to so I can discuss it with them when I get into the office. Thanks and I will do my absolute best to get this resolved as soon as humanly possible.
