Full Version: a couple session

we shot their engagement back in January, but they wanted some additional warm weather pics, so it was just a fun couple session. I'm still on the fence about this session, it's a little more "portraity" than what I usually do, they are a bit more traditional than most of my couples, but totally sweet. I felt like I had to really loosen them up, they weren't fans of kissing in any of the images, lol! Comments and critique welcome.

Really like the 2nd and 3rd. 2nd being my favorite.
I really dig this whole faded cross process look you have had going on recently. Very cool stuff.

I really like all of these--the first shot is KILLER! I also love the logo watermark...! Your logo in #3 lands in a funny spot (the dot of your j) though and it made me do a double take fyi!

braedon, thank you. that's exactly what it is, a slight curves cross process layer, lightened and desaturated to taste. with the occassional color fill layer if I feel inclined. guess it was time for a change...I've always gravitated toward natural or washed color.

katie, lol, yeah, I could move the watermark down a bit couldn't I?? tongue.gif thanks for looking.
