I used to shoot zoom all the time, but recently, I moved over to all prime and my husband has been shooting with the zoom lenses.

Well, yesterday, we had a horrible thunderstorm moments before the outdoor wedding started, and I managed to keep my camera mostly dry, but my 135mm was soaked, and the lens was starting to fog up, so I grabbed my husbands 70-200 while he shot 24-70mm.

Man. I forgot how much I really love the 70-200mm. The ease of zoom, the beautiful bokeh. Its such a great lens.

I'm really considering getting a second one, so that I have the choice to shoot with a zoom myself while my husband shoots with me.

Oh zooms...how I have missed thee! (But don't worry, I still love my primes! And the 135mm seems to be doing ok today!)
