I finally broke down and purchased showit web yesterday, but just the lite version to see if I like it. I figured I can always upgrade to pro if I want....

Anyway, I created a show, ticked all the little boxes for various things I wanted, including things such as showing controls at the bottom of the show to allow people to turn the music on/off, see the progress of the show, and allow them to purchase the show. Then I uploaded it onto my server and then went to the web address to check it out. Well, it plays, but the controls I wanted to appear are not there! There is nothing other than the images playing, the title and subtitle, and my logo and tagline.

What did I do wrong??? I double-checked everything and don't see where I messed up.

Edit: I should add that, as far as the "purchase DVD" button goes, I DID register and set up an account at showit-DVD.com. I was under the impression that was all I had to do in order to allow people to order a copy.

... also, make sure the color of the background isn't the same color as the controls or they'll "appear" to not appear.

Ohhhhhh DJ..... [ducks head in embarrassment]. I feel so silly! I had not realized that there is an option for the colors of the controls. So much for being observant!

Yes, indeed, both the background AND controls were set for white. Thank you for your help. It all appears perfectly now.
