I placed an order today around 10 am, by 2pm, I had the tracking info for the executive drop ship to my cutomer.

I am always pleased with their speediness and their awesome customer service!

Thanks Guys- if you are looking thumbsup.gif

You should hit them up! They really are awesome. There is just something about having them in CA- and their awesome customer service.
Silly as it sounds (I even hated calling them for it) I had two 4x6's that we slighty bent at the corner (a small packing issue- which I had never experienced with them before- they always pack so nicely- well this order happened to be just a little over packed for whatever reason.) I called them and what was at my doorstep the next morning, my clients two little 4x6 prints- perfect as could be.

I was super impressed- even though I felt wasteful having to have all the packaging and shipping supllies used again- but like they said to me on the phone- it may just be a 4x6 to you, but we know it means alot to your client. I couldn't agree more smile.gif

They are awesome!

I agree - they are awesome. I ordered something this morning and needed it by tomorrow (packed and ready to hand to a client). They were not just prints, they were also mounted. I told them what I needed and they totally made it happen.

I switched to ProDPI a year or so ago and haven't looked back. They're a great lab.

Ha! Thanks guys for the comments!

Check out the press stuff coming too! A lot of the products were from OSP recommendations.

I've been meaning to try them out because they use Fuji papers.
