Full Version: Some ShootQ Questions Before I sign up

I nearly signed up last night, but realized I had a couple of questions, and maybe you call can answer them, and I can sign up! :-)

How does the ShootQ intergrate with a flash website for the contact form? I have the contact form within my flash template (iCreations). Will I be able to intergrate the ShootQ form within my site to be able to do all the automatic stuff that I want ShootQ to do?

I really like that clients are able to choose their package online and pay. However, I work from an a la carte system. Can clients choose more than one option? So, can I have a spot for album choices and clients can choose the one they want? Or if they want a second shooter, engagement session, etc? Will it work for the a la cart system like mine?

Thanks!
Ksenia

from what I understand, the a la carte system will be an option in the future, but not right now. sad.gif I have my "contact" page set as an external link to go to the shootq contact form instead of using my site's contact page

Ksneia - I just signed up yesterday and really like it already! I'm hoping it'll save me time. Since I never feel like I have enough! blink.gif

Off topic, but we just signed up with Gigbooks - worth a look if you haven't already pulled the trigger and signed up for ShootQ. We literally signed up today so I don't have a ton of thoughts and opinions on it, but so far it's AWESOME. It's definitely way sexier than ShootQ and they appear to be doing a lot more development work on the product (I've heard from a lot of ShootQ folks that they are VERY slow to make improvements).

That's probably the least educated thing you could say about ShootQ.

They work their asses off on making useful, functional improvements, and they are CONSTANTLY tweaking ShootQ as they go. People post in their user forums frequently with small feature requests and they're generally granted within a day or two.
