So, we are having issues when we burn a DVD-R data disc from the MacBook PRO with getting it to copy the files to our PC. When I put the disc in the PC, it begins spinning and the window pops up showing I inserted a disc. I begin to copy the files onto my harddrive and after about 15-20 images being copied, it just stops copying and the disc keeps spinning and the light from the DVD drive flashes extremely fast. Also, if I try to let the thumbnails load, it will stop after 15-20 and freeze as well. CD-R's work fine, and SOME DVD's have worked fine in he past. It isn't only my computer (which at first I thought was the issue) becuase we have had some clients email us describing the same issue. We just purchased Toast today thinking that would solve the problem, BUT it still didn't help. I made sure it was set to burn a Mac/PC disc, so I know that isn't the problem. The disc reads fine on the MAC.... any thoughts/suggestions? thank you.
