ok, quick question.

I want to work off an external drive (that we can see throughout our network). Is it possible for me to make pics, edits, etc from the laptop (directing lightroom to that external drive) and then for Chris to work on the same files, seeing all those edits, when hhe picks it up on the desktop without having to export a catalog every time.

I guess what we are looking to do, is have those changes available in real time on the network so our workflow can................ well................. flow a bit more smoothly
