Hey guys --
I'm working on adding some new products for my clients... and I'm wondering what your "hottest" -- or most successful -- sellers have been for 2008.
Ideas...ideas??

I sell a TON of mini-storyboards 5x10's mounted on styrene. I sell them in sets of 2. They can do 2 of the same design or two different designs. They usually buy a 10x20 storyboard and then a set of minis to send to family.

Storyboards are wonderful! I like putting 2 - 5 pictures together to bring ideas/colors/actions together. They are very visually appealing and my customers almost never turn them down. I get them mounted on styrene at WHCC.

Here's a
link to my storyboard gallery. From my experience parents really love these and you can have them framed or add matboard to them to make them sturdy and just display them on a shelf or on an easel. Granted these are for portrait sessions, so I'm not sure how they would fly for wedding clients.

Storyboards are great! I need to do that more often and PUSH them.

Cindy - those are cool! How do you present them? Are they framed? If not, do they hang? Sit on an easel?
Thanks!

Thanks! The client receives them just as they are pictured. They are mounted on styrene so they can easily be displayed as is. However, most people end up having them framed. The mini storyboard is great displayed on a tiny easel. Hobby Lobby or Michael's carry some nice mini-easels. In my own home I like to use a narrow shelf and just lean them up against the wall. I change them out often.

Another option that I am about to start offering is a storyboard as a Gallery Mount from
Prolab Express. I also offer the storyboards as a gallery wrap.
