I submitted a support ticket 6 days ago and have heard nothing. That's too long for me to wait! I am working on a wedding and have been "on hold" now for almost a week! I love my ShowIt Effects and have used it since last year on my PC. Well I am now on Mac and CS3 and want to use ShowIt Effects but since it has been less than a year since my purchase, I hoped I'd be able to download the Mac version without paying again. No luck working through the store and no response at all to my ticket.
Help! I am frustrated and as a smaller/newer business I cannot really afford to buy again if I am entitled to a new download. (Maybe I am not--but I'd like to know either way, please.)
