For the past few days, when I'm working in cs3, my computer crashes after a while (when I say crash, it says Windows going to sleep, then reboots). Since last night, as soon as I pull up any photos, it does it. When the computer reboots, it tells me it just recovered from a serious error. The microsoft box comes up to allow me to submit the error to them, and it brins me to MS site that says: Problem caused by Device Driver

You received this message because a device driver installed on your computer caused Windows to stop unexpectedly. This type of error is referred to as a "stop error." A stop error requires you to restart your computer.

Any computer gurus out there that can tell me how to figure out which driver is causing me a problem????

Thanks so much in advance!!!

I don't know a lot, but have you tried to do a restore to an earlier date? That takes care of a lot of problems for me. Restore your computer to about a week ago...

+1 to previous restore... sometimes installing new updates can do silly things.

and no meeks... we dont want a mac plug in here.

Thanks so much for the suggestion of restoring . . . it took me 4 tries this morning to get it to restore, but working flawlessly now!!! Not crunching away like it was previously.

WHEW . . . glad that's all I needed to do!!!

Also, make sure all of your updates are current. Go to Help ---> Check for Updates... (at least thats how it is on the mac version) to check for Adobe Updates.
