When presenting the wedding packages to the client, should I start with the more expensive or the less expensive and then go all the way to the big one?

I think it's fairly common practice to go with the top packages first, then move down the scale from there.... that way people start out with "ooh i could have that!" but if they need to, they can select something with a few less options, and ultimately dollars.
