Please Pray...

Hey all Just wanted to make a quick shout out for a prayer request for my brother-in-law. He recently got engaged to the girl of his dreams and we couldn't be more excited for them.

However his fiancé Angela has been having bad headaches for a while now and finally went in for an MRI, after the test the doctors came back and told them that she has a large tumor on her brain...

They are headed to PHX as we speak to get further testing done as St. Joseph's so please keep them in your prayers.

Angela has a little 8 year old girl as well...

*UPDATE*

Ok so the doctors at St. Joseph's were able to rush Angela in and put her in ICU tonight to prep her for surgery tomorrow. Please, Please, Please keep them in your prayers tomorrow.

Prayers being sent. I hope everything goes well. On a (somewhat) positive note I had a friend with a brain tumor - hers was the type that grows so slowly that even if it didn't go completely away after her surgery it would have taken her 40 years for it to grow back to a size that would affect her. I'll pray she has the same kind and that they can get rid of it qiuckly, easily, and as painlessly as possible.

I just did a session for a friend who had a brain tumor and wanted to do family photos before the surgery. She had a great outcome and was actually home three days after her surgery. She's obviously still recovering but I'm still amazed at what modern medicine is capable of.

Update On Angela...

Surgery went well and they removed a tennis ball sized tumor from her brain. Everything went great, she is recovering quickly, however, the tumor was cancerous and the doctors are going to be starting her on radiation and have given her 5-6 years to live. Please keep them in your prayers...
