I have been wondering what method do you use to have second shooters or another photographer photographing a wedding venue with you sign or confirm that they will provide the images to you as source files? to date ive just been doing it verbally but i know this isnt the correct way to go about these things, therefore i wanted your feedback, i had thought of a confidentiality agreement or a contract but still i wondered if this was the correct way to go.
