So I purchased this a few months ago... worked fine. Went to create some pages for a client the other night and now it's not working. Tech. support is suggestiing that I reload CS2 and back up all of my actions... just wasn't sure if anyone else was using this or having simimlar problems.
I'm a little nervous about dumping CS2 and reloading and hoping that I don't loose all of my actions and plug-ins.

I just started over from scratch with a new system. I saved all of my actions and plug-ins on my external harddrive and reloaded them on my new computer. Worked flawlessly, I had photoshop back up to how it was on my old computer in less than 15 minutes.
Did you try to uninstall the auto album and reinstall it? I would probably do that before dumping photoshop.

Thank you for the response. I have tried re-installing Auto Albums... no success. : ( Do you mind if I ask how you back up your actions? I have TRA which I've downloaded from an online purchase. Maybe I'll just try it on my other system as well.
