Yall may remember her face from a while back but she got a massive hair cut and needed new headshots. I told her I would one condition... we get to do fun stuff afterwards smile.gif. So the first shot is my favorite... very traditional... very black and white shot the rest is more fun wink.gif. This was my first full shoot with the 5D and honestly that camera is just sexy. Anyways here are the pictures. Love them? Hate them? Your thoughts please.

ps. I didnt shoot one flare today.... I think that breaks my consecutive flares in a shoot streak sad.gif.

Love the headshot!

Nice shots Braeden. I like #1 the best - she has killer eyes!

mostly LOVE...
here's the thing (am feeling quite like i'm throwing out a punch but am interested in the discussion that may or may not follow)
am not lovin the processing in 4 . . . am seeing lots and lots and lots of that TRA-ish new set. it just hasn't won me over (and i use the original TRA stuff often and with warm happy feelings.) maybe there was too much sun-faded bad ollin mills type of stuff in houses i grew up with, but hmmm

my .o2

Thanks guy smile.gif.
A.enderie: No offense taken. I have been doing the warm overtone look for a while now (before the TRA came out). But I am a sucker for warm tones and sun flares you'll see them allllll over with me smile.gif.
Rachael Earl
#5 is my fave. Just really really cool, and I'm a sucker for wind in the hair...
katiebev
These are SICK! LOVE #5 especially...all of these are just wicked cool. I wish I had some legit criticism, but they are all awesome!
Brandi Thompson
Gorgeous, I love #5 as well.
Radiant09
I'm ordering a 20x30 of number 5 tonight wink.gif.

1,4,5 and 6 Rock the house.

Not really fond of the cropped smile shot - but that's just my .02

I'd like it as part of a set. Maybe a 3-part frame with that as one of the images from the session smile.gif

Of course I always adore your look. Even without being able to do direct sunflare, your warm and sunny style always comes through smile.gif
Shan Renee
Fantabulous! See...so good I had to use an imaginary word. I agree wtih you...#5 rocks my face!
{ashley}
I am a huge fan of #2!! Something about it is very arresting but in a quiet, understated way. Nice work (as usual)!
Radiant09
Andy: Thanks for the thoughts. I have other shots that go with number three that make a nice series I suppose I should have thought about putting them together when I posted originally.

Shane: Thanks

Bryce: Hm not sure why they aren't showin for ya.

Lindsey: You got it right on wink.gif. I appreciate it. I am not sure I can make it through another shoot and not flare. I had to lay down after this one tongue.gif.

Shan: Thanks boss!

Ashley: I think thats probably my second favorite to #5. She rocked it with her expression.

remember, the goal is to please the customer, not photographers on a forum.

these are great braeden.

Hey Braeden...

This is a really great set. What I like the most is the originality of composition and thought...
Radiant09
Tami: Thanks Missy!

Shane: I do appreciate it.
Kadie Pangburn
Hey Braeden smile.gif

These are awesome!

My only thing is... and maybe my mind is in the gutter, (it's my anniversary so cut me some slack) but that arrow in #6 points right to her boob...

not sure if you meant to do that, but for some reason I feel like it's making me look more at her chest than her face...
amity
I love 2 and 8, and 5 is also pretty swell. You have a 5d, very cool. Also not uber crazy about the cropped smile, but I adore the cool locations, it's a nice contrast to her bright dress.
sdohana
i'm diggin #6!
Radiant09
Wow... I thought this post had lived its post life lol.

Thanks sdohana.

Amity: Wow its been to long. Yeah that was a huge park right near my house. Pretty swell place.
