littler chicken

I've been working on revamping my website/blog/etc. lately and just ran into Feedburner (not for the first time, but it's the first time I've really looked at it). I've been using Google Analytics and the Webmaster tools for a while. I can see (I think I can see) that Feedburner is different than GA, but nailing down exactly what it is and whether it's to be preferred over GA is kind of blowing my mind.
So I'm wondering, can anyone explain to me why I need Feedburner over GA and the basic RSS setup on Wordpress? Or do I? Do you use it? Do you love it?

Hi Robina,
If you are a really active blogger and your blog service doesn't provide stats on # of subscribers, # of visits, etc then it might be a good thing to use FeedBurner. Another thing is if you ever decide to change to another Blogging platform, your RSS feed URL will change to the new blogging service, so using FeedBurner you not only get the additional analytics capabilities, you can cement a RSS feed URL for your blog that never changes, whether you switch Blog providers or not.
So it might be worth creating your free FeedBurner account even it you don't fully utilize all its feature now.
