Hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th of July. I thought I'd share a few fireworks shots...there's more on my blog.

I like 'em! I especially like the reflections in the water. Your view was much better than the show I saw on the 4th. My husband and I had a foreground consisting of a light pole and chain link fence at the park near our home.

Thanks, Lori...I was beginning to think it was just me and the crickets in here. wink.gif

I tried to shoot fireworks once. (didn't try to hard)
It was tuff. Exposure?
Oh and I do like the reflection also. Nice job.

Cherp cherp hahaha just kidding. How did figure out what exposure to use? When I shot the fireworks by my house, there was like no way to get a good exposure! It was either blown out where the fireworks exploded, like the center point, or it was too dark.

These are gorgeous Kim!!
My favorite is the second one!
I didn't get to even see any fireworks this year!! I LOVE shooting them!!

Okay...I can't resist the temptation to post these...I didn't get to shoot any big displays this year...but we did have my Uncle's backyard...and a brick of 5,000 firecrackers in 50 seconds (or...something like that...)
