Full Version: Umbrella shaft counterweights

Hello,

I'm looking for a counterweight for my umbrella shaft. I'm using these monster 66" umbrellas, and my strobe can't hold them up very well since they're so heavy.

I'm imagining a miniature version of free weights - a disc-shaped weight with a hole in the middle and a set screw.

Do these exist?

Something like an equatorial mount telescope counterweight, but smaller perhaps?

Hi Matt,

Hmm - I think these are all boom arm CWs, so the hole will be quite a bit too large.

Worth calling and asking though. If it exists, they probably have it (as you know).
