I know many of you are using ShootQ.

I must admit I was reluctant at the beginning because of the monthly fee. I would have preferred to be a solution I install on my server (I still would like to see it that way). But, they have a 30 day free trial and a waver of the $200 setup fee so I decided to give it a try.

After playing with it for a couple of day, I have to admit that ShootQ is a very useful tool. I am SOLD!!

I strongly suggest that if you haven't tried it yet... DO IT!!!

The worst thing it can happens, that it is actually the best, you get addicted to it!

Its integration to your website contact form and its automatization of the whole process is awesome. From referral handling, packages, auto-contract, receiving payment, auto-invoicing, product and services tracking, tasking, etc, etc....

It must be experienced to appreciate its usefulness and value.

And the best part is that will only get better with time.

They also have an outstanding customer support. I had an small issue

I just signed up today and am learning the ropes! I'm hoping it will save me time...which is well worth the the monthly fee.

ShootQ = $40. Having a life = priceless. rolleyes.gif

ShootQ is quite possibly the best $400/year that I spend right now, besides my PPA membership.

While it takes a bit of time to set up and learn (make sure and use their help sections and take advantage of their forums!) once it's up and running ShootQ is the most functional, time saving tool you will ever use.

Oh, it also works wonderfully on the iPhone. If I had more time, I'd code an iPhone app for ShootQ. Perhaps some day...
