Being in a semi-country city, we dont have a great deal of choice in labs here in town, so i send my stuff to 'The Big Smoke' and use the post and internet to send thing back and forth. I have had numerous issues with things not being sent, recieving them damaged or inccorect, and when i tried the labs in town, while they are quick and cheep, the quality isnt really there.
So i thought id try another lab to email, FTP and post. It may be situated on the other side of the counrty but I am completely blown away by their professionalisim and quality AND their fabulous customer service!
I made a slight boo-boo with my first order, accidentally misnaming the colour profile so they were printed incorrectly, and i recived them back in PERFECT condition 2 days after i placed the order, but the colour was out. I emailed them my concerns, and they aswered my email promptly AND they are reprinting the order for my FREE OF CHARGE because its my first time and i stuffed up! They were under no obligation, but because they are decient human beings and understand im a newbie they are being ultra nice.
So any Aussies out there, or even those over seas as im pretty sure they do international too, go try out The Edge Lab in Melbourne as they are absolutley THE BEST in my book
