Also - explain that canvas is ready to hang as soon as it comes out of the box. No extra time or $$$ to have it professionaly framed and matted! Open that box, put a hanger in the wall, and BAM - their room is decorated with a lovely canvas that their friends will most surely be envious of - and what great WOM for you!!!
Here's a brilliant idea shared by Carey Schumacher of San Diego Barefoot Memories - a great friend of ours, and a WPPI speaker.
She called her customer base - those who have already had their photo shoots - and told them of the sale, and now was the time to get that 16x24 or 11x14 of their favorite shot! It's never too early to start on Christmas presents either! She had no shoot do do, no proofing - just made a phone call. Plus, once your customers get a taste of canvas, they just love it!
