So I just finished working with Rebecca Crumley at The Knot for a couple of months learning about submissions, looking at HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of photos and getting out of my studio a couple of days a week.

It's pretty extraordinary the amount I took in over that time...well, I ran across the information, let's SEE if I took it in. In any event, I compiled a list of photographers that I adore. I left some of the usual suspects out that everybody already looks at and some of these may be obvious to many of you.

question for you though on one of the photographers..Jeff Newsom - what kind of a lens would that be that he is using. A lot of the pictures have a fisheye look to them. is he just possibly using the fish eye or is that a different type? It just seems to me like it is less dramatic in the fisheye sense. Or is that the lens baby type of lens? I am amazed and in awe of the shots that just work that have that effect.

I know that may be a dumb question to some, but I just have no clue.
